Ali Barış Şahin is a Partner at HS Attorney Partnership. He graduated from Bilkent University (LL.B, 2011) and holds an LL.M in Finance & Law (2013) from Duisenberg School of Finance, which is now part of the University of Amsterdam. Before joining HS Attorney Partnership in 2016, he worked at two major law firms in Turkey, gaining extensive experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, cross-border investments, and fund investments. At HS Attorney Partnership, he leads the M&A team, advising clients on complex transactions. He also heads the firm's cross-border dispute resolution practice, representing clients in international disputes and arbitration.
