Neşen Çelik is an Of Counsel at HS Attorney Partnership and provides consultancy support to the firm. She graduated from Çankaya University Faculty of Law in 2011 with a full scholarship. She later studied as a special student in Commercial Law at Ankara University and completed her postgraduate education in International Trade Law and Economics at Tilburg University.

At HS Attorney Partnership, she specializes in M&A, working with venture capital and private equity funds, strategic investors, and startups. She has significant experience in contract negotiations, contract management, and the preparation of detailed legal reports. She is also actively involved in resolving commercial disputes and leading negotiation processes.
